Refund policy

- عند استلام الأوردر، يحق للعميل معاينته لمدة 5 دقائق قبل الدفع.

- في حالة الموافقة، يتم إتمام الدفع واستلام الطلب.

- في حالة عدم مناسبته، يلتزم العميل بدفع تكلفة الشحن فقط.

- يرجى ملاحظة أنه لا يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بعد استلام الطلب.

- Upon delivery, customers are entitled to inspect their order for 5 minutes before making payment.

- If the item is suitable, payment is completed and the order is received.

- If the item is not suitable, only the delivery fee will be charged.

- Please note that returns and exchanges are not permitted after the order has been received.
